VINYASA FLOW

Vinyasa is a dynamic & flowing form of yoga, in which poses alternate to the rhythm of the breath.

We work on strengthening the body, concentrating the mind & creating a safe atmosphere to explore & observe our body, emotions & consciousness.

Each class incorporates set elements such as the warming up with Sun Salutations & strengthening standing postures, & will finish with floor work & a relaxation at the end.
