Small Group Training at Soulfit

Small Group Training is the perfect balance between the personal attention of one-to-one coaching and the fun, motivating energy of a group environment. At Soulfit, our sessions are limited to 6 participants so every member gets quality time with our Level 3 and Master Personal Trainers, ensuring your technique is correct, your programme is challenging yet safe, and your goals are always in focus.

Each session is carefully designed to improve strength, endurance, mobility, and overall fitness — and because we keep the group small, we can adapt exercises to suit all abilities. Whether you’re new to training or a seasoned athlete, you’ll work at a level that’s right for you while still feeling the buzz of team spirit.

We use a variety of training styles — from strength circuits to functional conditioning. There will be four different sessions which are refreshed on a monthly basis.

SOULFIT 360

SoulFit 360 is our signature MetCon (metabolic conditioning) workout — a dynamic mix of cardio and strength training delivered in energising, timed circuits. Designed to challenge your whole body, it boosts endurance, builds strength, and fires up your metabolism for lasting results.

SOULSTRONG

SOULSTRONG is a focused strength training session designed to help you lift with confidence, improve technique, and get stronger week by week. With expert coaching and structured programming, you’ll learn how to move safely and effectively while building muscle, increasing power, and improving overall fitness.

Each session combines fundamental lifts and mobility to support balanced strength development and long-term progress. Whether you’re new to resistance training or looking to refine your skills, SOULSTRONG provides the guidance and motivation you need. This session is about gaining confidence, building resilience, and leaving each class feeling stronger in both body and mind.

Soulcore

SOULCORE is a focused core and strength workout designed to build stability, improve posture, and strengthen the foundation of every movement. Each session combines functional strength training with targeted core work to improve balance, control, and overall performance.

With expert coaching and progressive programming, you’ll develop a stronger midline, enhance lifting technique, and build resilience for both workouts and everyday life. Whether your goal is to move better, prevent injury, or feel stronger from the inside out - SOULCORE reinforces the foundations of your strength and movement.
