Stephanie brings the depth of tradition and fire of Ashtanga Vinyasa. Her teaching is grounded in ancient philosophy and she firmly believes that true transformation happens when breath, body and intention align.


Ashtanga Vinyasa at Soulfit is a dynamic asana practice inspired by the Primary Series sequence (Yoga Chikitsa) established by Krishnamacharya and popularised in the West by Pattabhi Jois.


Traditionally the Primary series follows the sequence of sun salutations, standing series postures, seated series postures and the finishing sequence. In our one hour class, Steph will lead you through the main principles to give you a flavour of the transformative nature Ashtanga Yoga provides.
