Boxfit is a brilliant workout that builds strength, burns calories and relieves stress. The classes are a mixture of group boxing combinations and routines, mixed with full body exercises. They're energetic, brilliant fun and there's no previous boxing experience needed.

We run the classes in 10 week blocks, with our next block starting on the following dates:

Wednesdays - from April 3rd, 7pm to 8pm
