Boxfit is a brilliant workout that builds strength, burns calories & relieves stress. The classes are a mixture of group boxing combinations & routines, mixed with full body exercises. They're energetic, brilliant fun & there's no previous boxing experience needed.
This September we will be running a 7-week block, commencing on the following dates:
Wednesdays - from 11th September to 23rd October, 7pm to 8pm
Saturdays - from 14th September to 26th October, 8.30am to 9.30am
