Boxfit is a brilliant workout that builds strength, burns calories and relieves stress. The classes are a mixture of group boxing combinations and routines, mixed with full body exercises. They're energetic, brilliant fun and there's no previous boxing experience needed.

This Summer will be running a shorter series with a 5-week block, commencing on the following dates:

Wednesdays - from 19th June to 17th July, 7pm to 8pm
