This Relax & Restore class will invite you to slow down, focus your attention inwards and create a space for relaxation, stillness and simply 'being'.

We will focus mainly on floor postures, held for longer periods, allowing you to fully relax into each position. This deeper relaxation of the muscles will allow you to stretch the body further, releasing any tension in the joints and fascia.

We will be using props to support each posture, gentle meditative exercises and a relaxed breathing.

 

Suitable for all levels.
