Sally Domingo- Jones

Sally’s yoga journey began in her early 20s. A dancer from an early age, she was first attracted to yoga as a way of gaining that same sense of physical wellbeing.

After practising for several years Sally began to appreciate the many different forms yoga can take and became increasingly drawn to the more dynamic physical styles of yoga such as ashtanga vinyasa and jivamukti yoga.

She also came to appreciate that the physical asana is just a tiny part of yoga by noticing she was undergoing subtle changes in many different parts of her life thanks to yoga.

Sally completed her yoga teacher training with YogaLondon in 2012 and has been learning about and teaching yoga ever since.

Sally believes that yoga offers so much, it is hard to leave any class without being touched in some way by it – she gives special thanks to Erin Pritchard, Stuart Gilchrist, Celeste Pereira, and Laura Gate-Eastley who have all influenced her and her teaching style.

Sally teaches an uplifting and dynamic vinyasa flow yoga which is inspired by her dance background and aims to offer something for everyone - whatever their age or ability.

When not teaching yoga Sally is a somatic strengths coach - helping people to discover and use their strengths to live happier, more purposeful lives and using her knowledge of yoga to connect people to the wisdom of the body so they can move from a place of presence and power.
