Julie Kamal
Julie brings over 15 years of teaching experience to our team. Known for her strong, progressive classes, she embarked on intensive training in Vinyasa, Iyengar, Restorative Yoga and varied Meditation Practices.
Julie loves exploring movement and mobility and often introduces the physical and mental benefits of handstands and arm balances in her classes.
Students on our YTT have loved her ability to challenge and progress their practice, in the safety and inclusivity of the training space. Her weekly classes at Soulfit combine creative, soulful flow, moving with rhythm and bring a lighthearted, joyful approach to her classes.
