Rosie first practised yoga 20 years ago but really fell in love with it a few years later when she began practicing regularly and realised how much good it was doing her, both on and off the mat. She completed the British Wheel of Yoga and Yoga Alliance accredited Triyoga Teacher Training with Anna Ashby and Joey Miles.
Rosie's own practise is mainly Ashtanga and this influences her style of teaching - although she firmly believes in adopting a gentler approach when required, and maintains a deep focus on clarity and sound alignment throughout her classes. Her classes are down-to-earth, open mannered and filled with a beautiful feel sense of humour - a great friend to have along in her yoga classes.
When she's not teaching or practicing yoga, Rosie's looking after her son, wrestling with the veggie plot or walking the dog on the Downs.
Rosie will be hosting Ashtanga classes on Mondays 7pm-8.15pm and on Thursdays 11.30am-12.45pm.
