Emily Scott

Originally from Southern California and with a background in dance, Emily has been practicing yoga since 2000 and teaching since 2014. She has completed a 200-hour vinyasa flow certification with YogaLondon and a 35-hour restorative yoga training with Anna Ashby at Triyoga. She has also been mentored by Naomi Absalom for the past year and a half.

She enjoys teaching a slow but strong vinyasa flow, mixed in with pranayama, restorative, and yoga nidra. Students describe her style as down-to-earth, challenging but accessible, focused on breath and alignment, and sometimes even a little funny. She aims to create a space for people to improve their lives from the inside out.

When not teaching yoga, she is hanging out with her two little boys in the English countryside, reading, writing, and blogging at Not Another Yoga Blog.


We’re really pleased to have Emily on our team and look forward to you joining her on her mats for a Vinyassa Flow class on Mondays 12.30pm-1.30pm; and Vinyassa Flow on Tuesdays 9.30am-10.45am; followed by a Gentle Flow & Restore class at 11am-12.15pm
