Vinyasa is a dynamic and flowing form of yoga, in which poses alternate to the rhythm of the breath.
We work on strengthening the body, concentrating the mind and creating a safe atmosphere to explore and observe our own body, emotions and consciousness.
Each class will hold set elements such as the warming up with Sun Salutations and strengthening standing postures, and will finish with floor work and a relaxation at the end. Music is often integrated in the classes.
