Pilates is the foundation of all movement; correcting muscle imbalances and posture can help prevent injury and change the way we feel, work and play.  Classes are focused on building core strength, improving flexibility, alignment and balance.

Our teachers have worked with a diverse client base including: runners to increase lung capacity and flexibility, older adults to stay healthy or to aid recovery from injury, pre & postnatal clients to help prepare and recover from childbirth, as well as complete beginners & intermediates.

We have x2 levels of Pilates on the schedule - All levels (suitable for Beginners) and Beginner-Improvers

Tuesday 8.15-9.15pm All levels (suitable for Beginners)

Thursday 6.45-7.45pm Beginner-Improvers

Sunday 10-11am All levels (suitable for Beginners)
