Before fully understanding yoga, Jo ruled it out as something she couldn’t do - being 6 foot tall, and a little inflexible! But when she joined a class in Islington to give it a go, she realised that yoga is so much more than just being flexible (although it helps with that too). Having practised yoga for over ten years now, she considers it vital to her soul and body, and never more so than when she was pregnant. She practised yoga during both her pregnancies and loves running pregnancy yoga classes in Lewes, helping other mamas-to-be to relax, prepare for birth, feel better in their bodies and meet other local mamas-to-be, who often become friends for life.
