Graeme Dalling

Graeme is a personal trainer & fitness coach, originally from Edinburgh, & has lived on the South Coast for 14 years. A marathon runner, keen cyclist, sea swimmer, circuits class instructor & CrossFit fanatic. Graeme has vast experience & knowledge in seeing results & achieving goals. He is a huge advocate of functional fitness, which aims to mimic the movements we need in day to day life, so we can fully prepare for all that life throws at us!

Through his training as an actor at the Guildford School of Acting, he learnt the importance & discipline of staying fit & active, which he is keen to share with his clients.

Graeme offers fun & informal sessions catered completely to your needs, goals & capability. He believes fitness should be enjoyed rather than endured, so will only programme exercises that you feel comfortable with & enjoy.
