We’re delighted to invite Clinical Nutritional Therapist and Head of Nutrition at Wild Nutrition, Lorna Driver-Davies, to share her deep knowledge on this incredibly complex Lifestage.  Lorna has 14 years’ experience in women’s hormone & gynaecological health with special expertise in perimenopause. 

Perimenopause is a distinct life phase from menopause, often under-appreciated & misunderstood. The experience of this special life stage can be richly supported by a better understanding of what is going on & applying the right nutrition & lifestyle focus. It's important to be educated & feel positive about this transition journey towards menopause.
